Sales Manager - Jakarta

NBO Thomas International As a leading Indonesian-based regional consulting firm providing human resources development solutions, NBO Thomas International brings together a diverse and talented workforce to serve our cross industry clientele in Indonesia.

Incorporated in 1999, we are a part of an established international network of NBO Group and the sole licensee partner of Thomas International in Indonesia. We focus on Leadership Development, Communication Skills and Sales training programs. We are currently seeking professionals to join us and share our passion and commitment to develop the quality of human resources in Indonesia. The vacant positions are:

Sales Manager (SM)
1 (one) position

The position requires:
you to be responsible for increasing revenues by generating new customers and expanding the company’s contract base. Using your highly developed sales skills, you will actively promote company products and services and bring strategic solutions for your customers. Target-motivated and highly organized, you will also be expected to establish and implement your own sales plan and be constantly reviewing your customer base.

For this position candidates must have previous experience of business development, selling contracts, services or other intangible products. Target-driven, self-organization and an attention to detail to effectively implement plans and actions are essential.

Requirements:
• > Male, preferably below 35 years old
• > University graduate, preferably from Economics and/or Management
• > Working experience in HR Consulting Firm/Recruitment Agency is preferable
• > Strong writing, communication and presentation skills
• > Strong organizational and management skills
• > Excellent analytical thinking, problem solving, interpersonal and facilitating skills
• > Able to perform under pressure and target result oriented
• > Fluent in written and spoken English
• > Good command in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and Internet

Junior / Trainee Consultants (JC)
4 (four) positions

Applicants for these roles must be of energetic and outgoing personality, self motivated and tenacious in their sales approach. You will be required to carry out the full
spectrum of new business generation activities, including lead generation, potential client calling and customer visits.

Previous experience is not essential, but drive, ambition and excellent communication skills are pre-requisites for this exciting new role.

Requirements:
• > Male or female, preferably below 30 years old
• > University graduate, preferably from Human Resources, Communications and/or Marketing discipline
• > Good interpersonal skills with all position levels
• > Able to function well under pressure and minimum supervision
• > Highly initiative, a team player and a hard worker
• > Fluent in written and spoken English
• > Good command in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and Internet
• > Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
