We are currently taking applicants for the following position:

Manager HRD


  • Can read people’s behaviour & psychology in relatively quick glance.
  • Having knowledge on Organization Development, Job Analysis, Job evaluation, designing Salary Structure & Performance Appraisal
  • Having knowledge On Training Needs Analysis, designing training Program and Training Evaluation
  • S1 Degree in Psychology/Law/ Recources Department Management
  • Min 2 years experience as HRD Manager and daily operation on the following aspects such as: Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits (Payroll & PPh-21), Industrial Relations(distribut ion and retail company), General Affairs.
  • Self Motivated, Discipline, Analytical, strict, good leadership and good interpersonal skill. Result oriented!
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team, strong Leadership and wiling to work under pressure
  • Can build a HR Strategic plan, policies and procedures and implement it with ease
  • Understand Key Performance Indicators to develop company HR.
  • Computer literate is required, understand English active & passive is required.
  • Salaries ranging from Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 3.500.000
